  2. To support player participation in baseball that aligns with individual skill level, development goals, and individual and family circumstances.
  3. To represent the collective voice of the member leagues in all internal and external activities.
  4. To engage with local community partners to build individual and group awareness and involvement in baseball-related activities.
  5. To engage in outreach that builds player and volunteer participation and representation across all areas of the City.
  6. To model collaboration and transparency, reflective of the behaviors expected of all TBA volunteers.
  7. To establish a model of governance that supports all forms of sustainability.
  8. To carry out competition for Toronto Championships and TBA representatives to OBA Championships.
